Funk-star Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 Its the bloody bumper backing!!!I noticed that there was a dent on the bumper and thought nothing of it!! Been in to a garage next to me and they were fitting camber bolts (now running in vw guidelines) and i had mentioned that the banging had been funking me off, so we set to finding the source of evil!!checked everything i had already tried, then started to bang the bumper!! the bloody bumper backing is hitting the bumper!!!So if you also have the boot banging (i know some of you have) check your rear bumper!! Just so happens that my one is a little out of shape so need a replacement and going to change the bumper for a non dented version!! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
