Hi I've decided to sell my VRS that i have owned for about 2 weeks now. It was always bought with a view to eventually sell on as I have a daily hack already and my toy is my R32 21247931_10156525004629128_2058743614_o.thumb.jpg.43cfbfa6bad0a04257a84674945571a2.jpg

This advert will include EVERYTHING about the car. I can not stand reading sales adverts with little or no information so this will include every single detail about the car, you can then decide if it is the car for you :)

The car itself drives without fault. Has no strange noises, no 'bad' points to note and is a real pleasure to drive. As far as i can tell, everything on the car works. The car returns around 50mpg around town and has only been filled up with Shell V power Diesel during my friends ownership and also my brief one. This bank holiday weekend the car is being fully detailed and also having a full wet vac on the whole interior for the new owner, this itself is costing me over £200. The timing belt and waterpump were changed a week ago, along with an oil change at 114236 miles, again this has been done for the new owner and cost £355. The car has had a new battery fitted and 2 almost new rear tyres. The front tyres have plenty of tread

The bodywork on this car is extremely good and it has no dents or and real scratches to note, just a handful of stone chips to the front of the bonnet. There is no rust and no repairs. It's condition does not relate to its 114,000 miles. I've seen some shed VRS's for sale since buying this one, do not confuse this car to the sheds that are about. Please take a close look at all the pictures and you will see how much this car has been looked after. Zoom in and have a look, it has had a money no object in regards to maintenance.

The interior of the car is extremely good, the seats show very very little signs of wear. The drivers seat bolster is fine with no holes, rips or tears, the seats overall i would rate at around 8/10. The gear stick top is worn (see picture), i will try and get a replacement before the car sells. The seats and all interior is in the process of being fully cleaned and wet vac'd this weekend. The only mark that did not come out of the seats when being cleaned was what looked like a pen that had leaked, it's right on the side edge/seam of the drivers seat. You can see this in the picture. Its not bad but is visible, size wise its around the size of a 5 pence piece.

Alloys are in fairly good condition, 3 of them do have some corrosion. Please see pictures. If i was was keeping the car I would run the alloys over the winter and get them refurbished in the new year. However, they don't let the car down but would benefit from a refurb to bring them inline with the rest of the cars condition.

The headlights....... the headlights are also going to be machine polished this weekend too, this will bring them back to looking new.

I bought this car off a good friend who had owned the car since 23/1/2016. He only sold the car as he has now bought a Vauxhall XVR, he put the car up for sale and i bought it a couple of mins later. I had no hesitation as i know how well the car has been looked after. It's honestly one of the best service records i have ever seen with a car. I also have every tax disc since 2006 and lots of previous MOT's.

This takes us up to the current cars millage of roughly 114800. As you can see i have used it very little.

There will more than likely be bits i have missed out but that gives you an almost full breakdown of the cars service record. This is a 100% honest car, it does not have anything to hide at all. If you come and test drive it you will understand how well the car has been looked after, it's had an easy life by all accounts and anything replaced that needed doing. If you are after an original unmolested car then this has to be on your list to look at.

The car will be available for viewings from Tuesday 29th August :)

The only thing to note since having the car cleaned is the rear spoiler, the paint has faded slightly. This is more visible from the top, the front and underside of it is ok. I've tried to take a picture of this.

Blimey that must have taken a lot of typing. Took me 5 mins just to scroll to the bottom.

Nice car ? I have always wanted one of these

Yeah it took me a while lol. I think it's more to do with i can't stand reading adverts that are so vague, so it's made me put everything in this one lol. Another thing is leading people on and wasting peoples time with buying cars. I've had it in the past where i've looked at cars that people say 'yeah mate it mint', or 'you can eat your dinner off the engine bay', when in reality they are crap.

I would honestly keep it if i didn't have my parrot, it's a cracking car but too good for him to eat.

A lot of detail gone into this.. Good luck with the sale!

I think I've just found somewhere I won't be visiting for an MOT though...  :o

lol, is it because Ashburton Tyres  charge £50 for an MOT.

Quite possible the best all round car I've owned. Sold it for an Audi A3 sportback, big regret.

Do you think your vRS was better than the Audi. This one is really fun to drive, It's got loads of space too and just a nice place to sit when driving it. The black headlining is lovely.

YES! Apart from how easy the seats get dirty. My own experience my vrs was better than my 140hp sportback in every department even interior Finnish. Owned the Fabia for 3 years as its second owner & not a single creak or rattle to be heard, the same could. It be said of my A3. The way I saw it at the time was that the vrs was not brilliant at any one thing but good at everything if you know what I mean.

Not surprised, looked a minter!

Apart from the fading to the top of the rear spoiler, it was in incredible condition. They are really underrated cars tbh.

I don't think anything will replace the lupo as the daily hack, it gets abused and just keeps on going.
