Rich
euro car parts, about seven quid. remember to measure the tracking first and good luck. preparation is absolute key when doing a track rod.
Mobieus_uk
make sure you get the right version as powered steering and non powered steering are different lengths, ive got a lovely paperweight on my desk when a bought the wrong one as they are shorter they are cheap so do both sides, I was really anal when i did mine as i replaced the locking nuts, ran a die up and down the threads got it roughy right then had the tracking done knowing they wont have any problems as i had made sure everything was free and not siezed tight
Rich
I use the hammer and dolly bash method to separate them as they're always welded together. last time I did this I ended up replacing the whole rod as the thread for the checks had corroded away.
