mk2 Posted September 3, 2016 Report Share Posted September 3, 2016 I did this the other day... You need to force the plastic sleeve that clamps the gaiter to the knob apart. It has a serrated edge where you need to push in a flat blade screwdriver to slide the sleeve down the shaft away from the knob. Then everything becomes obvious.
