Joechapl
Hi all new here! I've got a 51 plate lupo 1.0mpi in black and I want to start modding it without the insurance rising. Who has ideas? Edited June 29, 2016 by Joechapl
Silver!
Welcome! Get to know your car and do all the little jobs that will likely need done. Clean, clean, clean. Inside, outside, underneath. Look for OEM wheels of standard size Higher spec interior from a GTI or later model TDI. Lupo GTI wipers arms and blades MK5 + Polo rear wiper, or delete. Higher spec ICE You could put on some -30mm springs; sure they shouldn't effect your insurance too much.
Skezza
Radio is a good start, learn how to do some jobs like detailing and maybe wheel refurb. Hell, if you're confident, install central locking. As ray suggested an upgraded interior, even just from an S Model would be worth it. Hi mate, I have a 1.4 lupo e without central locking and was wondering if you can just buy a kit from another model and fit it in mine. Well, yes but you'll need the upgraded convenience control module. An aftermarket kit is more straightforward.
