Information request: Sport spare wheel

I'm looking for some information on the sport model boot well/spare wheel.

When i bought my sport it had already passed through the hands of a few modders and thus was somewhat violated, the spare wheel never sat right and there was a visible bulge in the boot carpet, i suspected that the pad underneath was an incorrect part:

This is the part from a NON-sport model - part number:  6H0601125A

I believe the sport model may have a different part number but i cannot find any information online anywhere.

If somebody could please post a series of pictures detailing how the sport space saver sits inside the boot and how the carpet is seated i'll give you a metaphorical cookie and a pat on the back.
