  1. hi I'm having a problem with my arose where the accelerator pedal is popped out of place making it not able to achieve 100% open throttle. i can see whats wrong but dunno how to fix it as don't know the name of the part... Can anyone help? thanks
  2. I have just bought an arosa 1.0 2003. it got a new engine as the old one had a dead cylinder. today pushed down on the accelerator pedal all was normal and then... Clunk! my accelerator pedal had popped out of place it was now lower and still working but much much closer to the floor so i would reach the floor before 100% acceleration. further investigation i found that the cable that was attached to the pedal thread through a two prong piece of metal and the cable has a black pastic stoper to pull the two prong piece of metal, problem was the plastic stopper had slipped out of the metal and therefore the pedal wasnt springing back up to the correct height. i tried pushing the black stopper back in but the awkward position of getting up behind the pedals didnt help. spent a good hour trying without success. has anyone had this problem? any ideas? Video attached might help with the description IMG_3905.MOV
