  1. i'm new to the mod scene, i'm looking at buying recaro seats and found a wicked set of 4 mk3 leather seats from a 3-door car, will these be able to fit in my 3-door 2004 1.0 Lupo?
  2. Hello all. Let's start from the very beginning. So I bought my Lupo GTI just under 3 years ago now - 28th June 2014 to be precise. I originally bought the car with every intention of making it a road going show car, after attending various local/nationwide shows with a select group of friends. The level of attention to detail of some of these cars was second to none and it was really quite inspiring to see first hand for myself. Growing up in the North West of England (Wigan) I was lucky to be exposed to a large variety of different automotive cultures. Be it everything from Japanese, German, VAG to Classic, High Performance and Concourse show cars. I started driving early 2012 and despite much controversy my first car was a 1.2 Vauxhall Corsa D (Unlimited Edition) . However after 2 years of ownership in 2014 I decided it was time for a change. I had recently gained employment at Jaguar Land Rover - Halewood and my insurance started to dip a little. It was then I set out on the hunt for a car to tick a few boxes. I wanted something fun, nimble, fast but at the same time something that wasn't going to break the bank insurance/fuel wise. After weeks of what seemed like endless searching I fell in love with a Black Lupo GTI I had found on AutoTrader. The owner, a 56 year old lady from Rugby, Warwickshire. The car itself was absolutely perfect (Black, 6 Speed, Low mileage 64K, FSH, Completely standard and unmolested). It was everything I was looking for.
  3. Hi guys, Someone have a guide for modify the front seats of Recaro S3 8L for fit on Lupo Arosa? I've found the electric pin for move them. If I cut the orginal guide, can I fit Recaro aftermarket guide specific for Lupo or Polo 6n2 3 door? Thanks
  4. Title: Recaros and subframes Description: I have a pair of Recaros, along with subframes for the Arosa they were fitted to. These frames may fit the Lupo as well. I think most folk would describe the seat condition as ‘excellent’ (I probably only used them for 2 years or so). Ditto the subframes. They’ve been stored in the house and/or dry loft for a number of years. As you can see from the photos, they have stepless recline and a release lever to tip them for 3-door cars. Also, they have the traditional pull-out bit to adjust the length of the seat base. Location: Sevenoaks, Kent, Junction 5 of M25 Price: Considering I must have paid over a grand for the whole lot (bought new), and they’ve had such light use, by a non-smoking owner, I’d really like at least £200, but if there’s no stampede of interest, I could be flexible.
  5. Ground down my drivers side more to try and clear the carpet but it's still getting stuck I ground it so thin, the welds cracked so I welded them up + a little more width for structural support. Has anyone modified these further so that they don't catch at all? Thinking of grinding the welds out and beating the panel deeper so it can be ground further down, creating more clearance Thanks Keelan
  6. Hi, I am looking at some "Ford RS Recaros" they are sold without Runners, I am wondering if Lupo runners may fit onto them, Haven't done much with seats before so dont know what attaching runners to seats involves and how hard it would be, not sure if anyone has done this before, also looking at Mk2 Golf Recaros and wondering the same thing. Thanks in advance.
  7. I have Arosa since July 2010 and I want to present my adventure with my car year 2000 engine: 1,4 ANW 60hp colour: Indigoblau Perl lowered suspension: -40mm/-40mm Photos after the purchase; First it was a little accident not my fault, and first changes - rear lights from lupo the next step was to buy rims: BBS RS772 15'' Later I changed the rear lights again. 8. Hello I have for sale: 2 x 2011 Recaro Pole Positions 2 x Sets of freshly powder coated Recaro Side Mounts 2 x Custom Fabricated by ACR Seat Frames Freshly Powder coated Black 6 x Recaro Stickers 2 x Scroth Saloon 4 Point Harnesses 1 x OMP Seat Slider 1 x Silver Poder Coated Harness Bar 1 x Grey Acoustic Carpet I used the Pole Positions for about 3 weeks, owned them for around 5 months, got them out powdercoated and by the time they were back I had bought a new car.
