right it is gilbert lawtons ,as i went and checked it over at lunchtime.niiiiice .gti's always look good in raven blue.all appears to be well,wheels in good nick .bodywork straight and unmarked and the interior is mint ,from what i could see.if you ring 0161 607 1313 and ask for bill in sales as i've already told him your a mate ,tell him andy sent you and he is willing to cut a deal.but bear in mind its on the approved scheme which means you get a warranty and 30 day exchange plan etc,it may be worth your while buying from a dealer.

PLUS THE DREADED.BONUS POINTS ,IT WILL FIT PROPERLY IN THE DASH (IT WAS DESIGNED TO GO THERE) DECENT VW WARRANTY AND SIMPLE WIRING ,ONE PLUG IN THE RADIO AND ONE IN THE CD.IF U ARE AN MANCHESTER LET ME KNOW AND I WILL SORT U OUT.

no such thing as trade only parts,the only difference will be the price,simply put ,if vw make it ,you can buy it! except for tools and manuals which dealers lease .the part you are talkiing about is a real pig to find on etka (the vw parts electronic catalogue) as it is not listed with the bumper and when you do find it listed it looks NOTHING like what you want .maybe you need to speak to a more experienced parts person who knows the job not one of these junior monkeys who think they do. :thumbs:
