what size are the rear speakers in the gti, assuming the gti has rear speakers as the doorcards have speaker mesh on

ok, well i know that but what i mean is do you need the separate mechanism that holds the mirror.... thats connected to the car. i had stubbys on my old lupo but dont know if the mirror mechanism is the same size. theres no clarification on here

if i have the drivers side stubby mirror cover, stubby glass and the plastic bit that goes under the mirror, will that fit onto the drivers side mirror on a loop gti. cant seem to find anything on the search to see if the actual mechanism that holds the glass will fit a stubby thanks

sickens me when i see this kinda stuff, hope it can be fixed with minimum hassle i cant see why she would take half the blame unfortunately shes pretty much admitting it, but tryin to get out of a full claim, how badly is her car damaged

on the reciept from the garage when i had mine done after it broke on the m1 (fail) it has 90a in the product code. he did tell me that there was an upgraded alternator so i've put 2 and 2 together hope that helps

220 is a bit steep then, they pretty much had me over a barrel though i was 50 miles from home and it was the garage the AA dropped me off at. the alternator was 150 + vat... because they were the only supplier who had it in on monday. garage said it was 120 if i didnt need it that day. but yeah oh well its done now. anyone got ideas on a starter motor cost now, as its sneezin like a bitch and id rather have everything fixed before i sell it i guess

yeah it isnt lowered, on standard wheels. so no proof of rubbing etc, arch liners perfect, i rang vw earlier and they said to go in. so i will update later. i know kingy went to vw stoke and i've had a few run ins with them so i might go the next closest in cheshire instead, and hope i get a decent level of service

hey my gti spoiler has started to bubble i've heard its a common fault and thers a bit of rust on the wheel arch, car is standard- is the guarantee covered on this? car is 2001

wheel bearing was whurrin like a beeyattchh so i booked him in asked how much it was today. told it was £109 because u dont get the bearing no more, its like a whole hub is that true or false? my last car that had a wheel bearing replaced cost £50 all in

i went someway that way a couple of weeks ago in a mk5 golf gt tdi to pick up some pet rats from a rescue... left my car it was ok, come back to get some money out of it and 4 yobs were sittin by it, blates eyeing up what i had in there, but didnt realise it was my car when i walked upto it when i came back to it a 2nd time they took the dust cap from the wheel they were standing by... like wtf??? i knew it was there before cos i'd pumped the tyres up before my journey. people are just low i'm sorry you had your car broke into, im so scared of that happenin to my car
