  1. Ive sold the lupo. Its getting picked up on saturday. Going to a good home though. Just thought id update and say cheeerrrreeeoooooo guys and girls. Will be lurking in the back ground.
  2. Thanks for the comments. Couldn't fit them on the lupo (couldnt be bothered making them fit) so they had to go on something. lol
  3. Banded are off and now on my daily So just waiting to get time to refurb new wheels and i will update with some sneaky pics. I'm falling for a bit of colour these days....
  4. Slight update. Front end will be coming off at the weekend with a new one going on???? Passed its Mot today with no issues. Thermostat is getting replace and a full service so it will be running as sweet as a nut. Straight to the Garrage......
  5. Best thing to do is drop it right to the bottom then start working up till you get no rubbing. Tbh you should be able to go all the way to the bottom on the rear and take the adjusters out and should still be able to take a full car. Front is slightly different. Just got to find what suits your roads/driving? The best thing about coilovers are they are adjustable.
  6. A wee pic of the new ride. From standard to this in 48hrs before edition then never made it.
  7. http://www.paisleyfreight.com Give them a try i use them all the time. Great service
  8. Thanks mate. I'm camping all weekend(well sleeping in the passat) I'll give you a bell when im nearly there. Leaving at 6.45am. Gutted i live so far away?
  9. Lupo wont be making it this year but i'll pop over and say hello. Be in the b3 estate this year.
  10. Managed to get the tyres fitted to the steels. 185 50 14 on a 7 & 8. Not going to be able to run them like this with the drop so i think its back to the back up wheels. Thought id whore some pics just to let you all have a gander.
  11. What were you thinking of? Im half way through another set...... Hopefully these will keep the arch gap to a min? 14" by 7" and 8" Just need to get correct tyre size sorted.
  12. Ive not posted on here in ages. Reasons for the lupo packed in on the way to UD. The little beast is now running as sweet as a nut and booked in for a MOT on monday. Since i havent had her on the road properly iv been gathering a few bits and pieces Will update on monday and maybee give you a sneaky peek at the new shoes and body parts.
  13. Just remember take your time with it. Use a hair dryier to soften the glue then use a old credit card or dental floss to remove the badge from the paint work. Once your left with bits of glue just use a cloth and some tar/glue remover and work it in till you have a new shiny tailgate. Remember to polish and wax the area after this as you have stripped your protection back to the bones. I have some bottles of tardis for sale that will quickly cut through the glue thats left over if you want some.
