there's enough to put a bag in but not for a person!I deleted my rear seats do it wasn't an issue cobra do a tipping subframe though if you need to get in the back , they're a bit more money but you normally only need one I'll look for a link , have you lpoked on the cobra site?? think the Lupo, mk4 goof, new beetle etc all share the same subframe

I'm in the process of trimming some standard Lupo seats in black Porsche leather with anthracite alcantara centres sewn in a ' fat biscuit' style they re not finished yet but am just gauging interest to see if anyone wants them before I go on e38 etc with them? looking at around the £500 mark when finished ! could your existing panels , rear seats etc to match the fronts cheers dan

one of the first sets made, copied from an old Porsche carrera Rs recaro seat by cobra for us!! they are unique as they're trimmed in early Porsche vinyl and mk5 golf interlagos cloth NOT the value cobra vinyl !!! only done about 2k miles in my car , also now have genuine 70s metal recaro badges in the backrest centre sections!!! I'm keeping the mounts and runners as I've adapted them specifically for my car but they're available from cobra to fit the Lupo at approx £75 iirc I'm after £350/pr inc shipping they retail at over £200 each but are not available in this spec I can trim rear seats to match if needed cheers dan

depends weather the heater elements are just laid underneath the cover on top of the seat foam or if they are bonded to back of the leather and sewn through,if theyre sewn thru ,then youll have to careful pik them apart to reuse the heater element dan

how longs a piece of string?? depends what your having done? front and rear seats and panels plus other bits,id say about a working week. if your talking dash ,headlining,carpets etc and trimming everything plastic in the car it could take up to 3weeks although we ve had 911 s for months when they ve been having leather clock faces,binnacles ,stalks, headlinings etc when all the glass has to come out and your literally covering everything in the car hope this helps a bit m8 dan

hi youd be looking at around a £1000 m8 for the cloth and leather,plain cloths start at about £20 mtr and go up depending on quality the black ,recaro sport cloth is really nice @ about £30 mtr dan

yes ! for even less than that id say but it will likely be a 'fashion' fabric which isnt anything like as durable, is much thinner and wont last anytime at all on say a drivers seat,unless you laminate it with say a stockinette backing kilt makers do a heavier grade plaid tartan materials but your choices will be more muted in colour than the dub cloths there are plenty of other options if your chasing a buck or are nt bothered about it being up to the job,but i aint ya man for the half-arsed stuff ps there is a pic of the mk1 interlagos in my trimd diary if anyone is interested in the fabric http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?sho...p;hl=trim'd dan
