righto folks! in need of a new exhaust....the original one has seen better days so time to splash out on something new!! budget of around 450/500 want it to sound quite deep rather than like a tin can! what options do i have? Dave had a remus on his old gti which i quite liked, but remus dont have the GTI listed on their uk website cheers!

LOL @ pal... more than just my pal he's my other half *giggle* he was honestly soooo chuffed....he won a detailing tuition thing but he's mad into all that already so the dude said i can take my car along instead and get it machine polished. so im pretty chuffed too....his trophy hasnt arrived yet though lol

That was me with the ATS cups!! first cruise ive been to in yeeaarrsss and i must say it was a good night out!! Me and Dave were well shocked when he won the show and shine!! LOL Mr Loopy the loop was looking Uber clean!! and love the wheels ross!!!

HAHA!!! fancy that!!! I was in tears when he said it had to go absolutely LOVED that car!! His excuse was it wasnt big enough for joss who was only a teeny wee bump...oh the memories!! i refused to go with him to hand it over i will always remember him getting rid of his brand new MK5 Golf to buy it. Turned up with lexus lights and 16v badges as soon as he ripped those off and put the TH monos on i loved it!! I would never have bought mine if i hadnt driven his first. going from a 1 litre auto mini to the gti was amazing!! i was petrified of it! haha

aaaarrggghhhhh....any ideas or tips i can try to open my bonnet??? the handle just keeps coming off, i can see the wire that needs to be pulled but my fingers arent strong enough to pull on it the car is badly needing oil and could possibly misfiring so i desperately need to get into the bay any help is muchos appreciated!

where abouts in fife did you pick your gti up from? I found my gti on autotrader after looking about for a month or so. I was waiting for a cheque to clear before i could buy one. it was an agonising 2 week wait before i had cash in hand all the way to runcorn. Was a good drive home though!! Don't rush into buying the first one you see!! i seen a few heaps on P/heads and autotrader, dave was constantly reminding me to be sensible!

Me and Dave are both having car troubles so wont be able to make it!! daves air is leaking REALLY badly and ive had a setback with the RS's getting painted SO pee'd off, was really looking forward to it on sunday I'm going to source a set of black belts before i remove the red ones, makes sense really LOL Thanks robg..2 hours!! i'll set aside a WHOLE day then!!
