  1. Now that's where it should have started wheel-wise
  2. Needs to be sold and another Lupo bought really
  3. Sell something and get one. It makes sense. Agree with Rich on the TT's. They will be a future classic, especilally V6 ones as they aren't common!
  4. If well kept, SDi's will last forever. What's surprising is that GTi's tend to last for quite long as well
  5. Polo and mkIV are boring cars. Knowing how long a Lupo GTi will last is interesting.
  6. I can. But it's a car I'd definitely like to keep for as long as possible It's been a while since then! I have to visit soon Going stace for 2019 I do!
  7. Cambridge lights come for sale online every now and again. They're never cheap, mind!
  8. Just source a 3L centre console + Audi TT 8N knob. It's way better looking than that. [
  9. Agree with Richard, good story Sorry but I've never been a fan of ATS Cup wheels 😅
  10. Hi and welcome Good luck and make sure to show us the progress!

    My new car

Nice and clean, welcome! Good idea on keeping it that way
  12. AFAIK it's a matter of LHD/RHD cars (ESP and non-ESP respectively). Don't know the reason behind it tho...
  13. All LHD GTi's came with ESP. No idea how easy it is to retro-fit tho.
  14. SDi's are ok as long as you know how to drive them (i.e. anticipating every hill and every other driver's movements before they make tem). Inferior to both TDi engines available on the Lupo. To be honest, I think they're only better at reliability (as they will last forever, basically )
  15. They're quite expensive in Spain... doubt you'll find a 3L (not broken) for less than 3.000€
  16. Probably a working one with a TüV will be around the same price as that one +making it roadworthy. Less hassle too
  17. Get a whole 3L and use it there!
  18. Aluminium indeed. Here you see the shape difference better
  19. For the grill you'll need the whole bumper. To fit the bumper you'll need the front wings (or work on yours) as the shape is not the same...
  20. Do you know if the FSi gearbox is the same as the 3L? Welcome, by the way!
