  1. exactly thts y i aint fussed. i paid for cheap coilies knowing things may go wrong! thts the advantage of the kit coming with 2years warranty, as in 2 years i wont have the car i wouldnt imagine!
  2. as above. u need to push in the milage reset button whilst turning the engine on and off. takes about 10-15seconds. Just done mine on my tdi
  3. My mate had problems with missing parts, and they sent the wrong kit the first time aswell lol i got mine from eBay. good if ure on a tight budget as there so cheap. My replacement shockies are on the way they are pretty quick at sorting out there mistakes. but should these sort of things be happening??
  4. Yip! not bad kit for the price, rides a little hard, but it can go LLLOOOWWW! 2 year warranmty aswell. After 6mnths my 2 rear shocks have went though, but with the warranty they are replacing them!
  5. 195/45/15. there only temporary tyres, gna buy sum better ones when i get paid!!!
  6. well had a few wee chnages since last posted. so thought i wuld give a wee update. had a custom exhaust system fitted(cat back) with hidden back box. roof and mirrors have been sprayed black. debadged front grill. chrome bulbs for front indicators, removed rub strips and have got sum RH Cups fitted today! Excuse the state of the tyres btw!! there jst temps til i get my new ones! jst noticed how bad they looked! still got a lot to do on the exterior, will hopefully be finshed by edition 38!!
  7. i dun mine 2day aswell! auto glym tar remover worked a treat!! took me and my mate 20mins each side.
  8. ive got 15x7's i need 2 get tyres for, was thinking of 165/50 bridgestone potenzas, looks a nice stretch and apparently there better than the Nankangs, another supplier of this size. only bad thing ive heard is tht they wear quicker than nankangs. Nankanks are nearly £10 cheaper tho but strethch doesnt look as good.. check on mytyres.co.uk for prices etc also in stretched tyre library shows a few pics of stretches on a 15x7. brisgestones look the best IMHO i myself am in a pickle over this. i dont know whether 165/50 is too much of a stretch! mibi go 185 or 175!!!
  9. yeah get bridgestone potenzas, its gta be 165/50- u get a really good stretch, see the stretched tyre guide. cheapest to get them is on mytyres.co.uk i think
  10. PMSL!!!!! yeah i think i wil pass on the Nankang's, i think they are the cheaper tyre for a reason, from everyones opinions, Bridgestone seems to be better for performance and for looks. ie the stretch. so ive decided on this tyre, just need 2 wait now til payday in feb and i wil get myself hooked up with sum, and finally get my alloys on in march i think....again dependent on weather, hope the roads are abit better by then! Thanks ppl!
  11. yeah ive seen the parts on tht, venoms parts are cheaper but u stil have 2 add vat onto them, then delivery. i think after that both prices are quite competitive!
  12. those rieger skirts and front bumper insert are nice, i was thinking of going with something similar, jst keeping standard bumper and get the groove smoothed off that runs thru the middle... i dont think there many nice aftermarket rear bumpers about! where did u get the parts from? venom?
  13. Thanks 4 ure opinions guys. i think im gna go 4 the bridgstones 2 b honest. mibi slightly more costly, bt i think they look much better, and from what people are saying, a bit better grip. Thanks again!
  14. Really nice! love the colour!!!
