  1. Shame it's not the Raven you're selling!
  2. Bubbles

    Lupo GTi

After a reasonable mileage Lupo GTi (don't want one with 100k on it, ideally 60/80k). Prefer Anthracite or Raven Blue but will consider silver too - MUST have air conditioning though. Not against a modified one but would prefer something standard/subtly modded but again will consider most things if the condition, history and mileage all stack up. Cash waiting and ready to buy!
  3. This used to be our old car... we were the second owner having bought it from the person who meticulously got everything done at Seat! Good to see it still surviving and on the road - good luck with the sale, it sounds exactly as it was when we owned it at 80k on the clock!
  4. Noooo the roll IS exessive hehe, do you ever get the chance to drive a REAL drivers car? I get into our Renault Sport Clio R27 and it just sticks to the road like glue! its a breath of fresh air compaired on my Seat. But you could be right with the tyres, i dont think it has very good ones on it at the moment
  5. i love my little arosa, its MPG is fantastic.. Its a shames its going to leave me soon and a Golf 1.9 TDI GT will be taking its place... i hope i get as good MPG! i just need something a little bigger (though a golf is about 4x the size hehe) and something that can go round corners
  6. No - For a start im female... wasnt Bubbles male on BB?
  7. replied to your PM, feel free to ask away though if you have anymore queries. i'll pop you another message with some other pic's and specs and history of the car too once i have the paperwork in front of me
  8. Just wondered what our car is roughly worth? 88k and full Seat history (would be serviced before we sold it), 12 months MOT and Tax too. Bonnet has a couple of tiny stone chips that have rusted, but otherwise the bodywork is sound for a car of it's age. Tyres and brakes are both good too. Would it be unrealistic to think it's roughtly worth £2.5k? I ask as there's a possibility we can get a Golf GT TDi with very low mileage for a very low price and this is what we'd like next - the Arosa has been spot on but we just need something a little bigger. Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated!
  9. one litre wonderer - what alloys are on the grey Arosa in your sig?! they look great... Toledo alloys or not?
  10. so for those with 100k+ on theirs, in particular the diesels... what has the servicing and other consumables been like? anything i need to worry about - we're on 87k but have done 8k in about 4.5 months so certainly munching the miles!
  11. The only things i have in the little shelf is an umbrella and my sunglasses case... Everything else lives in my handbag The clios have a boot net which is really helpful, a tight net stretch across which you can put small things under, shame the little seats dont have something like that
  12. Blown Hazards fuse replaced and all now working ok! woohoo
  13. On my way to work this morning... knocked the stalk up to go right... relay was clicking fast but no lights were flashing.. Knocked it down to go left.. worked fine.. knocked it back up to go right.. fast clicking, did it a few more times to the right and eventually it worked ok Hazzards still arnt working though Thankyou for the advise, i will check the fuses
  14. oooh... we have this problem... the indicators have stopped working when locking/unlocking the car and the hazard lights don't work when you press the button either... also, when turning left with the indicator on it make a faster clicking noise than normal (like a bulb had gone even though they all work) - is this a stalk/relay fault? is the switch an easy fix?
