  1. Make: Volkswagen Model: Lupo '03 MOT: Expires 29th July 2017 Engine size: 1.4S (75bhp) Fuel type: Petrol Description including modifications: VW Lupo aka Cedar Greenie Mileage: 97,628 Being the S model, he’s got electric windows, central locking, pop-out rear windows, power steering, cassette head unit, I’ll include my cassette to aux cable adapter. When I purchased Cedar in 2008, he had a new cambelt and water pump fitted, since then he’s been regularly serviced with either genuine VW or good quality parts. I spent quite a bit of money on him in 2012 and 2013 with a new EGR valve, ignition coils, clutch kit, catalytic convertor, both lambda probes and rear exhaust box, uprated headlight bulbs as well as new brakes all round and will have a new battery fitted during this week. He’s not perfect but only minor chips and dings, the usual kind of wear and tear for a 13 year old car. A few modifications I’ve carried out include lowering him with AP Coilovers with Powerflex polybushes fitted on the front wishbones and rear axle, had a chassis notch carried out by Carbon Motive to give extra clearance for the drive shaft. Genuine VW 15” steel wheels with Hankook 195/45 tyres with plenty of tread. I’ve also fitted Lupo GTi front and rear seats for a bit more comfort, Climair wind deflectors, Genuine VW Lupo GTi front wiper arms and Polo rear wiper arm all with aero wipers for a smooth, clean look and removed the side bump strips. Location: North Kent Images: Price: £1500

  8. had a bit of a detailing session today, lots of chasing shadows around the car to get a decent finish and a bit of sunburn , but now cedar's looking all shiny thats all for now!
  9. Thanks Rich, I'm getting my enthusiasm back for working on him and I'm actually quite enjoying it now. Yeah its a bummer but you kind of expect these things when the car was made in 1967, considering that's the original part is right at the front it doesnt surprise me that its there. I've enlisted the help of my bro but that won't be until 1/2nd May, so I've just got to crack on with other bits until then.
