  1. Changed it today it isn't running as rich trying clearing the code and it won't clear it keeps coming back on? Ideas?
  2. Yeah that's the reason I'm changing it, had a decat on before,
  3. Took the sensor off today and waiting for a new one to arrive so I can fit it, this is the state of the old one,
  4. I'll try that first thing tomorrow I'll swap the sensors over and see if that fixes it:)
  5. Because it's sensor one the cure should Be just to replace my pre cat sensor then really shouldn't it?
  6. Should I have two sensors or should I only have one? Because I thought that I should have to I should have a pre cat and then one for my cat? I haven't got round to solving it yet but will be changing the sensor when I've got spare time,
  7. Basically it's my sensors what knackered then,
  8. Yeah it's this - P0135 is the OBD-II generic code indicating the engine control module (ECM) has tested the O2 sensor heater circuit and has detected a problem with the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor heater circuit. O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
  9. Also you can use exhaust paste and stick a couple of clamps on it, and it make sure your clamps on the back box isn't hitting the brake lines on the back,
  10. i had to change my whole exhaust on my Lupo including fitting a cat, and it was pretty annoying to do, just keep trying just use lots of wd40 and use a flat head screwdriver to take it off the hanger, it can be annoying but you'll manage it eventually, mine also went in limp mode and my exhaust light came on but once the new one was on I just made sure the sensor was tight and then just plug it in and clear it dude and it should do the job:)
  11. I will try that for sure great idea thank you:)
  12. Literally all it says when I plug it in it just says rich thread bank 1 sensor 1, I didn't know what I meant that's why I asked on here,
  13. Recently brought my vw Lupo as a first car and had to do loads of work on it so far, my most recent problem is that it's running to rich still? It had a decat and didn't have no lamba sensors or anything like that so was drinking petrol I recently put a cat on it and brought all the sensors and fitted a new exhaust system and it's still running a little rich, I plugged in the dionostics kit and it says rich tread bank 1 sensor 1 any ideas?
  14. Recently brought my first vw Lupo as a first car and I've had to do a lot of work on it so far like silly little things what are dangerous, I noticed my Rear shock absorber wasn't sitting right and my car was really bouncy on that side I took it apart and realised that i was missing the Rear shock cups and instead it had hose pipe round it, I also don't have the metal spacer either does anyone know where I can order these online? (U.K.)
