  1. Hi Fellows,

I found the stroke of clutch pedal is too long and tried to fix this issue.

Does any one install clutch Pedal stopper?  Or it's not possible to install this

    Thanks!!

    1:135psi

    2: 142psi

    3: 121psi

    4: 149psi

10% is a reasonable difference, cyl 3 looks low so redo the test before worrying about anything. As said, if it runs happy and has plenty of power I wouldnt be too concerned about it.

    Understand

    Thanks~Sausage!!

if it runs well and goes well don't start messing with things.

stop playing about and looking for work where it isn't needed.

thirdly, psi is a more universal unit of measurement for such things.

    Got it !

Diff is for 02T according to quaife site, bolts for that should be M9x1.0mm

    ARP: 204-3001

    VW: 02A 498 088

I'd check with a gauge or contact quaife and ask them though...

according sales of Quaife says: We do not supply crown wheel bolts for the 02T diff.:wtf:

Thank you so much ! Sausage

you really save my ass~    :rolleyes:

My 2003 GTI has part number 6N2 612 107 B suggested by ETKA

My gti is left-side & one of gti owners in Taiwan provided a P/N as attachment

Is there possible that it's different about right-side and left-side??
