  1. The Cambridge lights are still standard lights. You could sell them with the car with no problems. To the average buyer they wouldn't notice a thing!
  2. did you get them from a local vw dealer? and how much did you get for your standard set?
  3. In need of some Cambridge rear lights, preferably secondhand.
  4. Hmm my back is sitting to high with the adjusters in. Might just remove the adjusters rings and keep the lower part, as I have heard story's of people popping shocks by just running the springs on budget coils. Anyone know if this is true?
  5. Sits nice, have you got the adjusters cups in the back?
  6. Ok cheers, and yea it's hard to explain. Will look good with my new coilovers. Just need some wheels now.
  7. Welcome follow this thread and it will show you how. http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/65250-how-to-add-photos-to-forums/
  8. Found the second screw in the nasty place and got it out. When you put them back in did you remove the grill? as getting the screw in the hole is a pain, as its in such and awkward place to get at. And you can only just get your hand in there. anyway its deffo worth the effort i think.
  9. Ok cheers, I'll have a look tomorrow. Hopefully I will get them out.
  10. Hi thanks for the help. And do you mean the single screw above the indicator, directly on top? if so i have found that. When i undo that, the indicator seems to be stuck to the bodywork surrounding it even tho the screw is removed. i have had a look behind it and cant really see any other screws. how long did it take you to remove yours? cheers.
  11. There is probably a thread somewhere on this, but i cant find a detailed one. Anyway i am looking at removing the front indicators for tinting. Anyway on the top of the grill there are two torx screws that i have undone, but there looks to be another fixing somewhere that i can't find. can anyone help me out on this?
  12. Yea, I believe they are quite rare on the lupo scene. *in
  13. Yea genuine vw ones. Keep the interior pretty clean.
  14. Hi guys, just introducing myself as i am new here. After looking through everyone else's i thought id finally post some pics. Anyway i have got myself a 1.4s in good condition in storm grey with exceptionally low mileage, just 17000, 04 plate with a couple of minor marks. For now i have just made some minor mods to start with. such as de badged rear, stubby aerial and pressed plates. Hopefully going to get some coilovers in a few months and then go from there. After a wash and wax i decided to blitz the interior. Stripped back my rusty drums and painted them black. Apologies for the super dirty arch liners they are next on my list. Also painted my rusty steels.
  15. Looking at getting some coilovers and going from there. Also keeping it nice and clean. Got around to taking a few more pics today, not the best as the light was awful. This is what is under the cover. TVR V8s needs a full body respray for the summer, but appart from that its not far from completion now. Took a few of the loop too.
  16. Nice, what plans have you got for the new one?
  17. yea, front splitters look good. What plans have you got for the new one, and did you salvage much from the old one?
  18. Nice thread, cant believe how much dirt you cleaned out behind the wheel arch. It makes me think i should probably check mine out. I like the splitter you had on the old car, ads a nice touch.
  19. Does anyone have a sport front bumper for sale, with fogs?
  20. Does anyone have a sport front bumper for sale?

  22. Hi, thanks. And it's my dads TVR v8s that's hiding under the cover. Still an ongoing project.
