  1. We're hoping to have samples instead of pictures ~ it solves all the problems style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  2. All 3 parts are polished alu. You should be able to keep all the plastic covers etc fitted.
  3. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  4. Yep they're German ~ efficient but oh so slow delivering
  5. YES!!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> These little beauties are now available {in carbon or alu} for the Lupo (and ALL other current and older VWs) {actual braces not pictured, still waiting for a decent picture style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />} . 3 piece front upper and rear upper ~ not the same brace before you ask!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> OK, Prices:~ £130.50 inc VAT for the front in alu £230.00 inc VAT for the front in carbon £100.50 inc VAT for the rear in alu £215.00 inc VAT for the rear in carbon Not cheap but extra special 8) Delivery is very slow at the moment for reasons beyond our control style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mad.gif" /> Oh and we now do roll cages in a fetching red too.....
  6. Costs depend on labour charges to a greater extent ~ motorsport places charge less than tuners..... MOT ~ no reason to fail if it's done properly style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  7. The border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> {Ice Bear} Slalom will be held at Three Sisters on Sunday 14th November 2004. Run by VWOC(GB) there will be three tests run at a time to allow for more "`driver-time`" behind the wheel. Entry fee is £50 for the complete event.
  8. Blimey! it's not that serious style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> A set of tyres might be a better choice....... style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  9. .....and some lights...... Next one will be next year, we're looking at having 2 just before and after the summer. Andrew also walked away with the "AAT Cup" for the fastest `non-forced` induction VW Group car
  10. And lighter wheels..... style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> The photographic evidence is here! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> Who said they don't handbrake well...... Photo(s) by Colin from Briskoda.
  11. Read the results and see how good a Lupo can be at slaloms, a good driver helps too style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> It was the second best sounding car all day, only eclipsed by a TVR..... Well done Andrew!!!Top 10 Results:~ 1 Simon Horton ~ Subaru Imprezza T 2 Gareth Roberts ~ Citroen Saxo VTR 3 Andrew D Freitas ~ VW Golf GTI 4 Richard Horton ~ Peugeot 205 GTI 5 Colin Graham ~ Skoda Fabia 6 Garth Howell ~ Lotus Elise 7 Jon French ~ Rover 75 [b:post_uid14][i:post_uid14]8 Andrew Stewart ~ VW Lupo[/i:post_uid14][/b:post_uid14] 9 Bernie McLean ~ Lotus Elise 10 David Wilson ~ Peugeot 205 GTI Great fun had by all, shame we lost the TVR (and it's engine) and the black Integrale (and it's engine too...) during the day! Look out for more Slaloms in the future from SMC ~ cheaper than rallying, more fun than track days ~ the most fun you can have in a car without a rollcage
  12. Black/smoked lights and indicators for the Lupo for package price of £146.00 inc VAT (`ex-works` Burntwood) ~ 3 or more orders would be nice style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  13. Info on it's way tonight style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> Unfortunately there's no bl##dy side exit exhaust here though
  14. When you take the car to the test just tape the lights as you would a British car going to Europe, it should then pass OK. Have a few LHD rally cars that pull that trick once a year... £138 is only for the headlights, we're nice but not a charity style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> If you want a GB on all the front lights I'll happily sort that out for you.
