Right are we getting a meet sorted or what? By the time we do this, I'll have bought another Scooby and wont be driving the loop much

Yeah cheers. Defo the cable. A mates dad has a recovery truck so he lifted the car for me. Hopefully get a new cable tomorrow provided the only place open has one on stock that is. Cheers for the reply btw

bit of a problem here folks. Im currently sitting on the side of the road awaiting recovery. I had pulled up to a set of lights and just as i pressed the clutch in to take off it felt like a snap and my clutch pedal just started to flap about. Does anyone know if the clutch in my model is just cable driven or have i got bigger problems to worry about? The car is a 2000 1.4s Thanks in advance

'Dirty' Cheap Lupo GTi interior find
Jaybo replied to vdublo's topic in Interior and In-Car Entertainment
Would a courier be that expensive? couldnt really be that much weight if there is no seat rails etc. Absolute steal for anyone local though -
So I have a situation where I was in selling a set of rims to a friend, but the last few times we have spoke about it he let me down. I went to advertise them elsewhere and all of a sudden he's freaking out. I had put the price up as when I was preping the rims for sale they were worth more than I first thought due to being of a higher spec ie 8.5j x 15 instead of 7j (rare as rocking horse **** for Caliber Dub rims) and now he is putting the guilt trip on me to sell them at the price we had agreed originally. What would you guys do... at the end of the day he is a mate, but money is money

Yeah unfortunately, I'll get a pic up for you
