Not updated this is in a long time.. So heres some new pics and updates! These were from Irvine cruise yesterday, Met some guys from on here Got myself I machine polisher and got rid of some nasty swirls marks .. Ohh yeah and some tyre stretch Got my arches repainted as I might have cracked some paint in the process of attempting my DIY arch rolling but hey ho! Had to get new pads and disks as one of my slides on the caliper had seized, No hate for how high the coilovers adjusted theyve been adjusted lower since! Also if anyone every needs brake components get in contact with ' Big Red ' great company. . So the newest things are the stretched tyres, Was hard to get on it first but then figured out a trick to get them on and was a walk in the park after that. Took the rear adjusters out from the rear coilovers so it sits better but think I may need to get shorter struts so the compression is much better and sits flusher. Adjusted the front down a bit to.. Overall having been doing much modding and doing more required maintenance been looking into detailing to its hard work but it leaves a great finish So if you like anything at all please leave a comment or anything CHOWWW

Brake carrier bolts.. Please help!
StevenOd replied to StevenOd's topic in Car Care, Maintenance and Mechanical
The old bolts were all rounded so I had to cut away all the rubber to get into the bolts ( badly had to change pads on the near side as the sliders had seized and pads were down to metal. ) once I cut away the rubbers I had to use a set of vice grips to get them out! Anyways bigg red were lifesavers and are supplying me with a full repair kit! would recommend them to anyone! -

Hey guys, noticed that one of my caliper carriers had seized on and were in pretty bad condition, had to renew my pads and discs due to this. Want wanting to renew the carrier bolt with the slide and the rubber grommet but vw are wanting £65 just for this which is think is sickening for 4 little bolts really! Can anyone help me out where I could get these elsewhere cheaper?
