  3. Nominations, please, for the best Lupo (non-GTi) in 2015 Nominations will close on the 20th of December.
  4. Did people use this much? Since the upgrade, if this is still used it'll need to be upgraded to the latest version, which is now quite expensive ($40+$20/year). I'm not sure it's worth it, as I'm not sure how often the old version was used?
  5. I know this is old....but did we ever find this?
  6. It did error on some random PHP script right at the end of the conversion, but it was fairly non-descript, just said it failed on a file but didn't give a reason. Digging through the (lengthy) PHP file suggests it's looking for a particular table that doesn't exist - you have to manually run a dozen SQL commands manually prior to this stage (to avoid timeouts through the automated web script) so I assumed I missed a step. Rolled back, ran it all again, but the same error. Support guys reckon there is an issue with the forum on this version thats screwing the upgrade, so said if I roll back, they'll do it all for me. After many hours of messing I rather like that idea, but due to a backlog of issues, it could be upto 10 days before it gets done. I can wait!
  7. So we rolled back again after failing to find out why the upgrade is failing. It'll be upgraded again next week by Invision, so there will be more downtime when they tell me when it will happen, I'll update it then. For now, back to the old ways!
  8. Good news - updated all the underlying components, so we're good to go on the actual forum upgrade. No time today, so I'll try for sometime Sunday.
  9. Latest PHP5.x needs Apache 2.4. Problem is, Apache2.4 changes alot of virtual host settings, so I need to mess about a bit! I was going to do it Sunday, but my plans for tonight have been cancelled, so I might have a go later on....
  10. It's all scripted, but they've made some major underlying changes, so I need some newer/updated pre-reqs on the server - PHP, MySQL, Apache etc - tried to do them, and they failed
  11. Nice! Always liked the Z4 Coupe, great looking car - the 3.0 is meant to be the best of the Z4 range too.
  12. Sorry, I should have posted on here as well as on FB! I broke it :/ So I had to roll back to a backup. I need to learn to RTFM, 'cause I missed a critical pre-req and it all fell down Easier to try again rather than bodge/fix it!! Will try again.
  13. Cheers for all the pics. Needs to be a wide picture really! Ray, the page I have is more of a supporting page, rather for anything in the area of discussion. But to keep some kind of consitency, I'm going to steal your image in the name of the...er...forum.
  14. I've just realised we don't have one! Anyone car to suggest a nice Lupo-based backgroud banner with a bit of scenery which would suit?
  15. Hi All, At some point this week, we'll be upgrading to newer version of the forum software - this is a complete overhaul to v4, so expect it to look different, and for things to break (I expect). At this point, I'm not quite sure when I'm going to do it, but I'll put a quick shout-out when it does. Loads of new features, so hopefully you'll find it an improvement Thanks all, Matt
  16. The archive was meant to be a place where DIY/Guide threads were moved to so they could be more relevant. Replies were locked down originally to stop topics getting de-railed and keep discussions back in the relevant forum. Also, alot of the topics are old, and many images were self hosted so sometimes don't exist anymore. Originally I creaked a Wiki, to start moving stuff across but keeping it up-to-date was more difficult. I agree it is a bit of a mess, but was the easiest/most dynamic way of keeping stuff relevant at the time.
  17. Found it - should be fixed now. They're certainly persistent, seems they've found another way to inject code now...
  18. Hi Davy, Might be a cached page - seems to work for me, can't see anything in the templates to redirect. Anyone else having an issue?
  19. Yep, still the same as before. Fixed now - thanks.
  20. Found the issue, although another call logged with Invision about how they managed to get in....

    Red GTi, Cannock

Not sure about the plates, but looks standard except the wheels are anthracite. Looks nice! Never seen your GTi, but despite living in South Staffs I'm usually in Walsall/Cannock, so usually stay south of the border
  22. I regularly spot a Red GTi parked in Sainsbury's in Cannock - anyone on here?
  23. Dom, It may be worth speaking to some specialists. My sister sold hers (2005, Red, 53k) to German Marques for a good price, and he sold it pretty much instantly: https://www.facebook.com/GermanMarquesUK/posts/949341345096798:0
  24. Not yet - Invision are going to upload a new mobile skin as this one is screwed when I ripped the injected code out
