  1. HelloSo I purchased this lupo gti on 3rd October 2020, I happened to just be browsing autotrader/pistonheads/ebay for cars like you do when you're bored, always kept my eye on lupo gti's as they don't often come on the market. So fast forward I happen to see this one come up, was very much an impulse buy what with already having the 182 trophy.Spec of the lupo isuk car6 speedAir conCloth Interior52k milesJanspeed exhaustBrand new mats in the bootWent to go see the car with @Ash J did a deal and drove it home this being my 3rd lupo gti now, first with the cloth Interior which is my favourite, the leather tends to age badly and sag..Like any car though its not without its faults, some I knew about, couple I didn't. But that's always the way when buying second hand cars.. 🙄 Il get onto those in abit, firstly some pictures CheereWill update more in abit
  2. I bought new bud. Think for both was £37 come from Germany.
  3. Hi mate I've not long bought a lupo gti (is my 3rd now) my drivers side was tempermental. Replaced both switches on the drivers side panel and now both work fine. Got to take the door card off in order to replace them 👍

Still have an itch for another gti... Nothing I've seen for sale grabs my attention. If anyone is looking to sell, send us a message. I'm not a dealer or anything. Preferably no imports. Cheers 🙂

    *WANTED LUPO GTI*

Haha i know I know But saying that, ironically all the German cars I've had, I've had more trouble with. French cars, nothing... Go figure.

    *WANTED LUPO GTI*

Hi guys sorry not been on here in a while. I ended up in a clio 182 trophy on 44k no lupo grabbed my attention sadly. Cheers
  9. Hello guys Looking for low miles/owners if possible, rarer colours preferred, strong budget. Please contact me with what you have.
  10. So gutted to have gotten rid of this for work reasons. If old owner is on here contact me please.
  11. Well i best update and close this thread... I sold the lupo on Saturday just gone, change of job meant i needed a bigger car so now own an s4 avant. Im sure the car will be looked after by the new owner who i think is on here. All the best
  12. I will check mine when i get back bud
  13. Yeah i thought it would come spaced out, so i think i will order another set just to be safe... ? Cheers pal
  14. Washed the car this evening as what with the hot weather its been put off a while Also bought some plain plates to tidy it up..
  15. So i got the car Back earlier on in the week, it was indeed the alternator... Car is all good now. Ive spent a fair bit on it, but i like my car to be spot on. But i am missing the power the r32 had and am getting itchy feet to get something quick again, being a single lad.....
  16. Cheers rich, i got jump leads on it and it started straight away... To me it seems alternator? Dropped the car off at the garage so its atleast there come monday.
  17. So update time.... And not a good one, the little lupo has broken down. Battery light was on/flashing, im guessing alternator or battery on its way out... Currently waiting on a lift.
  18. Nice car, i was looking at tornado red before i got the laser blue
  19. Cheers chris, it wasnt an expensive job but one that has made the drive much more enjoyable. I think it's the little details that make the biggest transformation tbh, i was suprised myself how well the exhaust came up as i wasnt holding much hope haha Will update as and when i do bits...
  20. Haha you n me both mate, its next on the list to replace with plain plates, will be stuck on as not fan of screwed on
  21. So another day, another little package arrived.. Noticed this split after cleaning the car, only ordered yesterday, great service. And i took the rest of the week off, so popped to the pub. Really do love this little car Cheers stefan
  22. Yeah but im not programmed like that, if it bugs me it ruins the drive, and if hill start or pulling out of a slope it really struggled. Done now for a long time. And wasnt expensive in my opinion. Compared to the the golf r32 this is peanuts to run
  23. Update.. So car got clean bill of health from jkm in Portsmouth, really good bunch of guys down there, had few things to look over.. And i ended up just going ahead and replacing the clutch, it was abit vague and struggled on hills, so rather than spoil the driving pleasure i just replaced it, now its great! Next on the list was to replace the rear wiper arm and blade, the standard just didnt clear the screen very well and i didnt like the appearance of it so swapped for a mk6 polo version.. I also took the day off work as the weather was awesome, i gave the lupo a clean and went to grab some shots, also gave the exhaust a good going over with some autosol before and after to show the difference And ones on a nice drive Found a pub and stopped for a beer Cheers stefan
  24. Thankyou bud, only mods would maybe be kw coilovers but i really am enjoying it in standard form. Such a fun little car
  25. Christ no!!! It wont be ruined at all, i just meant like new mats, wipers, little touches like that
