a up mate, how much for the idle control valve?
-
havnt you also changed the structural stength on the rear by cutting a hole that size for the exhaust to enter and exit?
-
iv checked the seal around the araiel but not around my windscreen

got to my car this morning and it was raining pretty heavy and id got a leak coming from the top drivers side corner of my front windscreen but it seemed to be coming from under my head liner. id had a few drips every now and then the past couple of months but thought nothing of it thinking it was coming from the seals on the door, but this morning it was pouring in. any ideas on what it could be so i dont spend another 45 minute drive to college sat on a towel, lol forgot to say it doesnt have a sun roof. cheers

cheers mate, ye im avoiding at all costs cutting springs, atm iv got starlites on with ballon tyres but im hopefully putting my g60 steels on with 165/50/15 potenza's. i think its low enough on the front i just want the back lower so it sits level not rake style.

bit of a noob when it comes to coilovers, i want it low all round, so i was wondering if any one knows how to get it lower on the rear coilovers, i know i can take the adjustors but is there anything i can do as i think taking them out will only give me 10-15mm more drop cheers

no dont do it! iv worked with steel for the past 8 years, and basically when you heat steel and compress it your dispersing the steel molecules and causing the steel to go too hard, there for the first bump it will fracture the steel and split. even if you qwench it at the right tempature it will go harder and be bumper as hell -
Emulsion on the filler cap

this was the exact same on my miss's lupo, as she would only drive 10miles a day tops. if the head casket had gone then you'd know about it when you start it as it would mis fire all of the place, first of all get the breather pipes cleaned and just long journeys will clear it all up. once she started driving further it went straight away, takes a couple a days/ few weeks but it does go -
lol if bikes scare you dude, then having one for summer will stil scare you to death

you need take it to a garage and get it on the diaognostics, they normally go in to limp mode to avoid damage been down. so the diaognostics will show whats wrong

tbh i'd say the 600's can be quicker then a 1000cc bike, maybe not the straights but when it comes to corners the 600's will kill them as there lighter and smaller
