According to Adrian Newie, the intake is nothing more than a cooling vent for the drivers. He said that he wanted to move it from the nose which is normal to take advantage of the step which doesn't break the rules

I'm in need of an accountant for work/tax purposes.

What is it that you do if you don't mind me asking?

If you had £6,000 - £8,000, what Car would you buy?

Being single and child free FTW for you matey. I wish I had my S2000 back. For 8k really it's impossible to find a definite car that you could class as a daily drive. As previously stated, an Accord would be my choice as its massivly reliable, great mileage, low service cost, low tax and insurance, but given other comments of Supras and GTR for that price it seems a lot would put up with real dogs of cars with unrealiability, massive service schedules rather than a car that will start every day. If the question was what sporty everyday car, that's a different story IMO; the choice of so many like a Honda Civic EP3, integra DC5 can be got in budget, a smart MX-5 (yes, don't knock them until youve driven one), or a diesel Toyota Corolla (which with the torque would leave so many standing). Getting into bigger cars, 535bmw springs to mind as my old one was great for sideways action off the roundabout. One of my mates who shoots for some car mags actually said that the new skyline was overshadowed by the dihatsu Copen in terms of fun and drivability, he said he had never had such fun behind a wheel since he drove his first car back in the day. Controversial I know. -
Having the same issue with mine. Booked to the garage tomorrow to have this checked out

That would be mine if I needed only 2 seats. S2000 with the spoon hardtop. -

None taken. I'm 35 and had my share of type R's, skylines, GSi turbos and Renault 5 GT turbos when they were first out. I work pretty hard and in horrible conditions, so when I'm home I want a comfy barge that I can motorway on that doesn't make me feel like I've been on a knife edge for xxhrs. With my son living 500 miles from me it makes sense to have the comfort and with being so far north RWD is as usefull as a chocolate teapot when it turns chilli. -
Are there no mods who can answer this?

Low mileage Honda accord 2.2 derv exec. Big car, boat quality and cruises well on the motorway. Very comfy and arriving at the destination even if it's 600 miles away feels like you've done 6 miles -
I use tapatalk for connecting into other forums and I've searched for CL on it but it's not registered. Can it be added on?

I've got the same issue with my sport at the moment. Just came home from a 2 month stint away working and it was freezing on a drive yesterday, and doesn't start to warm. I haven't started to diagnose the problem yet, but that's on the cards for today. I take it that the wet thermostat is an issue? Is there anything to check on car first before buying a new stat?
-
Depends on which thermostat your talking about matey
