  1. Totally agree, admiral and elephan are partnered, been with both of them over the last two years.
  2. Hi. I've got a 2004 Lupo GTI with all the extras. Had it for about 2 years now and done 30000 miles in her and loved every single one! The Lupo has taken me to Amsterdam twice and didn't skip a beat the whole way. Hope i never have to sell it!

  3. Hi. Done it now, did try protecting the switch but recieved sum scratches at the hands of the pliers. Oh well atleast my heater controls are illuminated again...Looks much better! Thanks OPS.
  4. Hi. I have a 2004 Lupo GTI and i've got the heater illumination issue aswell. Already had the bulb changed once at a garage and then saw this thread. Can anyone confirm that it is the switch that sets the speed i.e the 0-1-2-3-4 switch? Also should it be able to removed by hand or with the use of pliers because mine feels impossible to remove by hand however don't want to attack with pliers until i'm sure it's the right one. Any assistance asap appreciated.
  5. Just for anyones future reference...if you need Jenvey ITB's I can get them through a sponsored supplier at 25% off normal price. PM me.
  6. Hi. Had my lupo gti for about 2 years now and feel i cannot cope with the body roll in fast cornering any longer and am going to purchase coiolvers. I'm unsure of which kit to go for from the following three - 1.) KW Variant 1 2.) Koni Coilovers (adj. damping) 3.) Spax RSX (adj. damping) I've had a read through the threads and out of these three it seems like everyone is leaning towards the KW v1's, however if i'm going to spend £600+ on coilies shouldn't i go for ones that come with adjustable damping? I don't drive on track, however i do like to see how many mph's i can get on some of my favourite corners in my area. Therefore im looking for a kit that is stiff, but while still maintaining some ride comfort, aslong as i dont feel like my wrist is going to break when i go over bumps from the shock through the steering wheel i'm happy. Suggestions..fire away.
