I'm no expert but I had similar symptoms to you minus the engine management light before I cleaned my throttle body! Give it a blast with some carb cleaner and see if that helps

If you want it to handle well then a rear anti-roll bar is a must

I'm not quite sure as my camera has got a fixed lens, it wasn't zoomed in fully as it was struggling to focus so I had to compromise with standing a bit closer... camera was about a foot away They didn't seem too fused though and are a friendly bunch

Mine is like this also, I haven't bothered to fix it yet all it requires is a firm tap on the handle after turning the key and then it opens! Give it a try EDIT: I didn't fully read your first post, I don't have a spinning barrel though.... when I turn the key the pin pops up but the handle requires a bang to get the door open..

You will need to remove the ht leads from the engine cover and make sure they are not in the way. The breather hose is rubber and is connected to the left side of the engine cover just in front of the brake fluid reservoir (the yellow cap). You need to remove that. The big pipe, which is bottom left on the air box which is the air feed will come off with the airbox in one and will need a little tug to remove but that will be easier to remove once you have lifted the airbox off it's rubber things. As long as the ht leads are out of the way and the breather hose it off nothing can go wrong Let us know how you get on

I think it's slightly different for the 1 litre.... There are just the two bolts to undo which you have already said that you have removed, now you just need to stand at the front of the car, put a hand either side of the air box and pull it upwards. It's got two things securing it, I have no idea how to describe them but if you give it a strong pull you won't break anything, I promise

Hi all, Just in the process of replacing the pedal box on my Arosa and all was well until I came across the shear bolts holding up the steering column which are proving to be awkward to say the least! I have tried drilling them out and have not succeeded, I have also tried indenting them with a chisel so that I could turn them with a big screw driver which has not worked due to the bolt being a lot harder than the chisel. I have also sacrificed a flat head screw driver by hammering it into one of the holes made in the bolts and turning it with mole grips with also no success! I can only think of taking an angle grinder to them but I really can't see it being able to reach the bolts. I'm really lost for ideas and could do with use of my car asap any feedback appreciated.
